2. Working principle
Glue supply system: Compressed air or piston pushes the sealant out of the nozzle, and the amount of glue output is controlled by the piston stroke or software.
Automated process: After the glass is positioned, the glue gun applies glue along a preset path (straight line, rotation, or robot arm) with adjustable speed.
3. Equipment type
According to the movement mode: linear (efficient), rotary (suitable for circular glass), robot (flexible in dealing with irregular glass).
According to adhesive composition: single component (easy to operate), two-component (high-strength sealing).
