2、 Glass forming stage
Glass forming machine
Function: Press or blow glass liquid into the desired shape (such as bottles, plates, and irregular parts).
Technical features:
Diverse types: including hydraulic presses, four column presses, compression molding machines, etc., with nominal pressures ranging from 15kW to 2000 tons.
Automated control: using PLC or CNC system, supporting servo drive, to achieve precise molding.
Widely applicable: Suitable for various scenarios such as fiberglass products, composite materials, and metal sheet stretching.
3、 Glass processing stage

Function: Cut glass raw sheets into specified sizes.
Technical features:
The cutting blade has X/Y/Z axis and rotation action, with automatic adjustment of height and pressure.
Automatically detect the size and thickness of glass raw sheets, and identify the position of the glass.
The cutting bridge is made of rigid anti twist metal, and the driving system is precise and reliable.

Function: Grinding and polishing of glass edges, processing shapes such as curved edges and straight edges.

PLC controlled touch based human-machine interface, supporting both automatic and manual operations.
After inputting the processing speed and width parameters, the machine automatically adjusts the parameters and displays the results.
Cleaning and drying machine
Function: Clean the glass surface and dry it to ensure there are no water stains or impurities.
Technical features:
The conveying system adopts rubber roller conveying, and the cleaning section is equipped with four sets of brushes and fan-shaped nozzles.
There are three pairs of air knives (upper and lower air knives) in the air drying section, made of stainless steel material and treated with sound insulation.
The human-machine interface is a fully automatic control system with real-time data display.
4、 Tempering stage
Double chamber tempering furnace
Function: Heat the glass to its softening point and rapidly cool it to form tempered glass.
Technical features:
It consists of a film placement table, preheating furnace, heating furnace, cooling device, and film placement table.
The preheating furnace and heating furnace adopt upper forced pure convection technology, with uniform heating and high quality.
The cooling device consists of a cooling air grille and a conveyor roller to ensure the tempering effect.
5、 Quality inspection stage
